Why Buddha Bowls are the best brain food

Buddha Bowl

According to one of our favourite TED Talk speakers, Neal Barnard, if you’re looking to greatly improve your memory and brain health, it’s as simple as eating more of certain foods such as vegetables, nuts and anything with colour. (Source) This got us to thinking… could the Buddha bowl collection be your secret to powering your mind and body beyond illness, disease and stress?

2018 has certainly been the year of the Buddha bowl here at Pure Good! We’ve loved dishing up variations of colourful vegetables, healthy grains, proteins and marvellous macronutrients to our customers. The sky is certainly the limit when it comes to this flavour-filled bowl o’ plenty and the endless ways you can incorporate sensations like crunchy, creamy and cool into one dish.

All you need to do is choose and base and build your way up… here’s 5 of our favourite ways to have a power-packed lunch, perfect for your brain and body!
