What Lungi Learnt: Part 3

Lungi has now completed two weeks of the Getsmarter Restaurant Management Course! Here’s what she had to say about the last week:

“ I’m finding the second week of the course much better than the first. The information we are learning is very interesting and I know it well because it is about food safety and kitchen cleaning and from my time in the kitchen I know all about it. I am still finding the discussion groups a challenge because I am not used to typing so much and sometimes no one is discussing anything so I can’t write on the groups.

I am very happy that a kind girl Nicole donated her computer to me so that I can do my studies at home after work and on the weekend. I have enjoyed learning how to use the online course and I am looking forward to next week where I will only be better I am sure.

It was also very nice to see Pure Good in the second module talking about legalities and health and safety in a restaurant, it made me feel proud to be a part of the shop and see it used in the course” – Lungi
